Admin FAQ
Applicable role: Admin user Last updated: 2026-08-06
Account and Members
How do I confirm that the current account is an admin user? Admin users can see organization-level entries such as Member Management, Balance Management, and Redeem. For full permissions, see Admin Guide Overview.
Can members log in and create Keys? Yes. Members can only manage their own Keys and usage. Available groups are limited to the range assigned by the admin user.
Is historical usage retained after deleting a member? Historical usage is still counted in the organization statistics but may no longer be displayed individually for that member. Export personal details before deletion if you need to retain them.
How do I change my password or balance alerts? In "Profile". For alert settings, see Low Balance Alerts.
Balance, Quota, and Invoices
What is the difference between balance and member quota? Balance is the organization's available funds. Member quota is a personal pay-as-you-go spending cap, not an independent balance. See Balance and Quota for details.
How do I let a member use the organization balance? Create the member and set a quota. When the member makes pay-as-you-go calls, the cost is deducted from the organization balance.
How do I top up? You can use a redemption code. If the account has an online payment entry, you can also complete it in "Top-up / Subscribe". See Top-up and Redemption Codes for details.
How do I request a refund or invoice? Refunds require contacting the platform with order information. For the invoice process, see Invoices.
API Key, Models, and Routing
Do I need to select a group when creating a Key? Yes. A Key without a bound group will be rejected when using plain model names.
What should I put in model?
Use the model call name shown in the call guide, such as deepseek-v4-flash. When group identifier routing is enabled, you can also use the full call name with a group identifier.
Why is a model not visible or failing to call? Check in order: organization groups, member groups, Key binding, model call name, and account status. See Model Access and Groups for details.
Will the platform automatically switch groups when the target group is unavailable? No. When a specifically selected group is unavailable, the request returns an error. The caller can decide to retry or switch to another authorized group based on the error type.
How do I restrict a specific member? You can lower the quota or concurrency limit, disable groups, disable Keys, or if necessary, disable or delete the account. Before deletion, confirm that historical data and application migration are complete.
Organization-Level Configuration
How do I adjust the organization concurrency limit? Organization-level concurrency is configured by the platform. Admin users can set individual member concurrency limits themselves. See Concurrency for details.
How do I add new models or groups? Submit a group authorization request to the platform, including the models, use case, call volume, and capability requirements.
Why are some menu items not displayed? Entries such as online payment, orders, available accounts, and model plaza are shown based on organization settings and enabled capabilities. The "Call Guide" menu is always present and is not affected by the group identifier routing toggle. When the toggle is off, only the group identifier call names on the page become unavailable, and calls with group identifiers are rejected. Basic calls do not depend on unrelated entries. When you need a specific feature, contact the platform to confirm your account scope.
