Account and Login
How do I determine my account role? Members have only 7 menu entries: Dashboard, API Key, Call Guide, Default Model Config, Usage Records, My Subscriptions, and Profile. If you see entries such as Member Management, Balance Management, or Redeem, the current account is typically an admin user.
Can members register on their own? Members are created by the admin user. Complete first-time activation after receiving the activation code. When the organization has integrated enterprise directory authentication, you can log in with your intranet account.
What if I didn't receive the activation code? Contact the admin user to resend or regenerate one. Activation codes can only be used once.
What if I forgot my password? Use the password recovery option on the login page first. If self-service recovery is not available, contact the admin user. Intranet account passwords are handled by the enterprise IT administrator.
API Key and Models
Can members create API Keys? Yes. Go to "API Key" to create one. Available groups are based on what the admin user has assigned.
Why is the target group missing when creating a Key? The current user has not been granted that group. Contact the admin user to adjust permissions.
What should I enter for model?
Enter the model call name shown in the console, e.g., deepseek-v4-flash. To specify a group, use the full call name from the call guide.
Why can't a Key without a bound group make calls? Model names need to enter routing through the Key's bound group. Edit the Key and select an available group.
Why can't I see a certain model? Check the organization's groups, member permissions, and group status. If the admin user can see it but the member cannot, the corresponding group is usually not yet assigned.
Quota and Subscriptions
Where are pay-as-you-go costs deducted from? From the organization balance, while also counting toward the current member's used quota. Members do not need to top up separately.
What do I do when quota is exhausted? Contact the admin user to adjust your quota and check whether you have available subscriptions. Subscription-bound Keys do not consume pay-as-you-go quota.
Does creating multiple Keys increase quota? No. Multiple Keys under the same member share the user quota, but each Key can have its own independent limit.
Where can I check remaining quota? Both the Dashboard and API Key pages display it. See Dashboard and Quota for details.
Data Scope
Can I view other members' data? No. Members can only view their own Keys, usage records, and usage.
Can the admin user view member usage? Yes. The admin user is responsible for organization-wide usage and quota management, and can view organization summaries and member spending data.
