Organization Registration & Activation
Applies to: Organization (top-level user) Updated: 2026-07-02
This article explains how to register and activate an Organization account. Once registration succeeds, you become the top-level user of that organization, with your own balance pool, subuser management, and API Key capabilities.
Subusers are not registered through this flow. Subusers are created by the organization and then complete registration with an activation code — see Subuser Management.
1. What Is an Organization
In the new console, an Organization is the basic unit for using platform services. An organization represents a company, team, or individual account, with its own balance pool, API Keys, available model scope, and usage statistics.
At registration, the system creates an Organization (top-level user) account. As the registrant, you become the top-level user of that organization, and can subsequently create and manage the subusers under it.
An organization corresponds to a "tenant" in the legacy console. If you are a legacy user, your account has been smoothly upgraded to an organization — no re-registration needed. See Migration & Transition Notes.
2. Preparing to Register
Before you begin registration, have the following information ready:
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Email address | Used for login and receiving verification codes; a work email is recommended |
| Password | Used to log in to your account; a strong password is recommended |
| Organization name | The name of your company or team |
| Contact name | The real name of the top-level user |
| Contact phone | Used for urgent contact and account recovery |
3. Registration Steps
Step 1: Open the registration page
Go to the CloudRouter console registration page:
Address: https://console.cloudrouter.online/register
If you arrive via a referral link, the registration page will auto-fill a promo code, and you can receive a corresponding balance bonus after registration.
Step 2: Fill in registration information
On the registration page, fill in the following in order:
| Field | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Yes | Enter a real, valid email for receiving verification codes and system notifications | |
| Password | Yes | Login password; recommended to include uppercase and lowercase letters, digits, and special characters |
| Invitation code | Depends on platform config | If the platform has enabled invitation-code registration, enter the invitation code obtained from CloudRouter |
| Promo code | No | Enter a promo code if you have one; upon successful registration a balance bonus is credited to the organization balance pool. It is auto-filled when you arrive via a referral link |
Step 3: Complete the human verification
After filling in the information, complete the human verification on the page to prove you are a real user.
Step 4: Agree to the service terms
Check the agreement consent box at the bottom of the page. Click the "User Service Agreement" or "Privacy Policy" links to view the full text.
Note: The registration button becomes clickable only after you check the agreement box. If you find that input fields or buttons on the page cannot be operated, check the agreement consent box first.
Step 5: Submit registration
After confirming the information is correct, click the registration button.
Step 6: Verify your email
If the platform has enabled email verification, submitting registration will redirect you to the email verification page:
- The system sends an email containing a 6-digit verification code to the email you entered
- Check the email and enter the verification code into the field on the page
- Click the verify button; once verified, registration is complete
If you did not receive the verification email: check that the email address is correct, look in your spam folder, and click "Resend" after a few minutes. If you still cannot receive it, contact support.
Registration Complete
After successful registration, the system automatically:
- Creates your Organization (top-level user) account
- Sets you as the top-level user of that organization
- Activates the organization's initial available model scope (the exact scope is configured per organization by the platform; see Region & Model Scope)
- If a valid promo code was entered, credits a balance bonus to the organization balance pool
4. After Successful Registration
Once registration is complete, you are automatically logged in to the console. As the Organization (top-level user), we recommend getting started in the following order:
| Action | Description | Related doc |
|---|---|---|
| Top up the organization balance pool | Add balance to the organization balance pool via online payment or redemption code | Top-up & Redemption Codes |
| Create subusers and set quotas | Create subusers for team members and set their quota limits | Subuser Management |
| Create API Keys | Create Keys and bind routing groups | API Keys & Routing Groups |
| View call names and integrate into code | Copy call names from the "Call Guide" | Call Guide & Dual Routing |
5. FAQ
Q: I'm not receiving the verification email during registration. A: Check that the email is entered correctly, look in your spam folder, and retry after a few minutes; if you still cannot receive it, contact support.
Q: Registration says the email is already registered. A: This means an account has already been created with that email. Log in directly, or use "Forgot Password" to recover it.
Q: I entered a promo code but did not receive the bonus balance. A: The promo code may have expired, reached its usage limit, or been disabled. None of these affect the registration flow — registration completes normally, but no balance bonus is granted.
Q: Why can't I interact with the input fields on the registration page? A: When the agreement consent box is not checked, the input and submit controls are disabled. Check the "User Service Agreement" and "Privacy Policy" consent boxes first.
Q: Can one person register multiple organizations? A: One email can register only one account. To operate under multiple organizations, you must be added as a subuser by the respective organization — see Subuser Management.
Q: What if I forget my password? A: On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and follow the prompts to reset your password via an email verification code.
Q: How do I add team members after registration? A: As an organization, create subusers under "Subuser Management" in the console; subusers complete registration with an activation code. See Subuser Management.
